    Hello!

    We use Woocommerce and Svea checkout for Woocommerce. We have a problem with one of our orders. In Woocommerce it was registered as interrupted. When you go to the order details I can see this information “Error received when trying to cancel order in Svea: API communication error: Curl error 6 Could not resolve host: paymentadminapi.svea.com”

    However, the order has gone through to Svea, and into our business system Visma. The person has paid.

    What has happened here and how do I fix it and make sure it doesn’t happen again?

    There is an option to send “order confirmation to customer once again”, but if I do this now, will it say that it is an interrupted order? Will it be accurate?

    It’s urgent.

    Hello @isabella92,

    I understand that the order was paid for, but the order status was not updated correctly.

    Usually, it is up to the payment gateway to determine what to do with an order after it has been paid for. I can see that you have already opened a ticket with the “Svea Checkout for WooCommerce” team, which was the right thing to do. :?)

    If this issue also occurs with cash-on-delivery orders, please let us know, and we will be more than happy to look further into this.
