Real time stock sync

    I work for a small retail company that operates two physical stores and an online store where customers can place orders and arrange for pickup if they need to. We currently use a POS plugin called “Point of sale for WooCommerce” to manage both of our physical locations through the use of “outlets/locations”. However, I’m facing an issue with the online store where customers are required to select which physical store they want to place their order from.

    I’m trying to find a solution that allows me to create a “location” that mirrors the stock levels for “Shop 1”. This would enable online orders to deduct stock from the inventory at “Shop 1” as that’s where UPS picks up the orders from.

    So when the customer would be on a product page the options they would have would be
    Online – Home Delivery
    Shop 1 – Click and Collect Service
    Shop 2 – Click and Collect Service

    Do you have any advice on how I can achieve this? Thank you for your help.

    Since your need relates to physical locations managed by POS for WC plugin, any solution would need to integrate with this plugin. I recommend asking through the plugin’s dedicated support channel for suggestions.
