Feature request: set donation amount in links

  • Hi,
    nice plugin.

    It will be greater, if it would be possible to create specific links with desired amounts as a parameter.
    For example: mysite.com/shop/donation?d_amount=15

    Obviously if there is no d_amount parameter in the link, it should use the default value.
