Other filters disappear when selecting one filter

    Hi,

    I’m currently testing the free version. I’ve created one filter set, and inside I have 9 filters (for Products). I’ve added the Filter to Archive page using Elementor. All filters are visible, but when I select one filter (for example Brand), all other filters disappear.

    Is this intended?

    I’ve tried changing every setting possible and it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

    Thank you for choosing Filter Everything.
    In general this is possible only in case if you enabled “Hide empty Filters” option and when you select filter term you have no intersections with other filters. In other words they become empty and that’s why disappear.
    But usually disappear one or several filters, not all the rest.
    I think if you will provide me with link to the page with this problem I can say you what could be the reason.

    Thank you for the links you provided.

    Indeed, the “Hide empty Filters”?is PRO version feature and even you will use PRO version, it does not look like behavior when this option enabled. It looks like some glitch or maybe you use 'wpc_view_include_filename' hook. Isn’t it?

    It’s interesting case. I would be thankful if you will provide me with temprary access to the /wp-admin for example with this plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/ This will allow me to make some tests with my pluing on your site.

    It was wpc_view_include_filename hook! After removing it, the filter works as it should – I forgot about it when I was doing some tests.
