Move posts from one site to another with featured images

Hi,
It is easy to move posts from one site to another, with export and import features. However, the featured images are not moved with the posts. So it will be very inconvenient if moving thousands of posts. Is there a way to solve this issue? Or any plugin can do that automatically?
