Now I then people write thyt they can’t login, there is alert to see:

ERROR:?The username?ANDREAGULLY?is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.

Or another username to see. I then have to deyctivate and again activate youzify plugin to have it work again. What is the cause of this?

This alert is to see for all users, also I see this this way in incognito modus. Only when I deactivate and activate plugin, it’s again again.

    Hello @jaroslawistok

There could be several reasons why this issue happen. And I am afraid to say that we really have no idea without inspecting it directly into your website back-end.

However, you can try to inspecting it further by yourself by following these steps:

    • Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify,
    • WordPress & your theme. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
    • On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.
