WP Forms Missing Details in Email

We are using WP Forms for property related enquiries. The property title, page link and the featured image of the property should also be received in the email. The enquiries were working fine before and all the property details were being received correctly. However, since past two weeks, the property details mentioned above are sometimes received with an email but are most often missing so we are unable to tell which property the enquiry is related to. This behaviour occurs quite randomly; we have checked the code and form settings and everything is fine.
Could this issue be related to WP Forms in some way?
