I have noticed that the email notification emails I receive from WPforms do not contain any content, only a subject line

I have checked the notification settings (which are default). The Email Message setting is set (correctly) to {all_fields} yet I do not receive anything in the body of the email.

  • Hey @matthewau111 – Thanks for reaching out!

Since the {all_fields} smart tag is there in the message body field, when you have sometime, can you please check if there’s any security rule active on your email client that’s effecting the message contents?

    Kindly,

Hey @matthewau111 – I wanted to followup, and share my learning that the issue you are facing with contents not showing in email notification might be due to some server configuration or PHP mailer.

In that specific case, id suggests you install the WP Mail SMTP plugin and follow the steps shared in the documentation here, and see if that help.

For now, I’m going to close this ticket, but if you have any questions, please feel free to reachout.

    Kindly,
