    Dear support,
I installed a fresh WordPress site at my new provider. After installing your plugin I uploaded the backup file and started the reload. While searching for the executable PHP-CLI file, the error message appeared. Here you find the related information: BMI-ecUAzwFq-83488.
    Thank you for your help

    Hello @rkcomm

Please adjust your wp-content permissions for proper directory owner and group, set the permissions to 755.

Use chown and chmod command, you can contact your hosting provider if you’re not familiar with these commands (you can also share this message with them, it should be clear for technician).

Once you do that, please follow these steps:

Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

    After that, please:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

When you do that, try to run your backup/restore once again.

Let me know if that worked for you ??
    Thank you!
