Licence and berocket.com down

I write u in free forum as ur web berocket.com seems not to load. A message display in our admin:

Please activate plugin WooCommerce AJAX Products Filter with help of plugin/account key from?BeRocket account. You can activate plugin inBeRocket Account settings

Licence is entered, and if i push “Test” button, an error says: Error message:cURL error 7: Failed to connect to berocket.com port 443: Connection timed out
