Chart not loading on first page load, loads upon page refresh

I checked the page you provided and the line chart loads as expected for me without refreshing the page. However, if the issue still occurs for you, please go to the chart settings -> General Settings -> Lazy Rendering of Chart, disable that toggle and check if it helps.

It seems to be intermittent….sometimes the chart loads on first page load, sometimes it does not. It is proving to be very hard to reproduce the issue. The issue, however, has been reported by many different users.

Lazy rendering is already disabled, but I appreciated the suggestion.

Any other suggestions also appreciated.

Unfortunately, since we can’t replicate this issue on our test instances and it works properly for us even when we check your site, it’s quite difficult to debug it. I only saw a similar issue reported by another user recently, but a lot of times the causes are different, even if the issues may seem similar at first. You could try to deactivate the rest of the plugins, except Visualizer, and check if it helps.
