    Good Day,

    Upon clicking tickets attachments/images, the items opens into a blank browser page. We have already followed steps to prevent this by selecting “Do Not Mask Attachment Links” in the Advanced tab. Now, upon clicking attachments, the problem has evolved into redirecting to the following link.

    https://[site]/wp-content/uploads/awesome-support/ticket_7086/index.php

    This gives an error stating that it is redirecting too many times.

    We have also tried switching the “Render Method” from Inline to Download and vice versa to no avail. With the Download method and the “Do Not Mask Attachments” is unselected, the image is downloading but returns an error stating that it is an unsupported file type or corrupted.

    Please advise on how we can rectify this issue.

    Please note that site is using an nginx server.

    Apparently, This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, could you enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem?

    Hey,

    We tried this and were able to narrow down the issue. There was a conflicting setting with a plugin call “Microsoft Azure Storage for WordPress”.
