Hello there, so my issue is that on my website I have two admin accounts and with my main admin account when I want to check Orders on WooCommerce I get the critical error but strangely with my other admin account I can check the Orders just fine! Any help on this issue?

  • Hi @cdoda,

Seems like a few folks have been getting errors after updating: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/7-70-triggers-fatal-error/

It looks like the main causes are either a partial/incomplete update (reinstalling Woo fixes it), a plugin conflict, or the occasional issue with some hosting providers.

    Hope that helps,

    Jon

Yeah okay so I’ll try uninstalling the plugin and then installing it again, so normally I shouldn’t lose my Products data, Settings, etc… if I reinstall right?

    Hi @cdoda ,

    Great question!

You are absolutely correct, uninstalling the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customers, product data, etc will still be there once WooCommerce has been reinstalled.

We always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you can easily restore your site to a functioning state.

    Cheers!

Okay I tried both reinstalling and test out the other plugins but the issue still remains the same!

    Hi,

It would be great if you share your System Status Report, it is found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site. That might provide us more information to better understand the issue.

Can you check under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs to see if the site is generating any error about the issue?

Let us know what you find.

Well after trying those then I contacted the Hosting server and it seems the issue was there, they had to give me more memory and it is working now on both accounts! But they said it’s too much memory!

    Hi @cdoda

We are glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue with your hosting server and that your accounts are now working properly. It’s great that you took the initiative to contact your hosting provider and identify the root cause of the problem.

Regarding the concern about memory usage, it’s essential to find the right balance between performance and resource consumption. While increased memory allocation can improve the performance of your WooCommerce store, it’s also important to optimize the site to ensure efficient use of resources.

I will be marking this thread as resolved. Should you have further inquiries, kindly create a new topic here.
