Customer list is public

Hi,

WP Customer Area does not publish any page which could list your users or members, publicly or even privately.

However, WP Customer Area is using the default WP user’s system. This means that :

• If your theme or any other plugin is displaying on your site the list of users, your WP subscribers’ users, which are also your WP Customer Area users (by default), will be listed there.
• It is up to you to configure the rest of your site, to prevent such information to be shown. You could for instance, make sure that your site is not showing any members’ listing page, or take care of creating a specific user role for WP Customer Area members (such as “customers”).

However, do not hesitate to create a private support topic on our main support forums where you’ll be able to post screenshots showing that issue.

If someone wants to post screenshots here, all they need to do is upload the image to another site and then paste the link to that image in a reply or topic.

@easynolo According to Jan’s recommendations, do not hesitate to post a screenshot onto an external site, but don’t forget to first hide any sensitive data that might show up in there.

I am sorry to insist but :

• This is your site, which is private, and require credentials. I won’t see anything except a login form.
• As per WP.org’s rules, DO NOT post credentials please, even subscribers accounts.
• As per Jan’s recommendations, If you want to show us something that you expect to be broken or not functionning properly, take a screenshot, hide any sensitive data from it, post it on a public image sharing site and share the link here.

About your issue, it looks like the link you posted is referring to the “My Account” page. This page is private, not public, and will display specific data depending on the currently logged-in user. But if you suspect anything wrong, feel free to post a screenshot and we’ll let you know.
