wp-admin manage posts plugin

I saw something the other day that allowed for a change in the way posts were listed in the wp-admin. I didn’t need it then so I glossed over it. I need it now but I don’t want to write something that’s already been written. Anyone know where I can find an enhancement along these lines? Frankly, I’m not sure if it does what I want it to do which is to list all (or paginate all) entries instead of the last 15…
