Dokan dashboard not loading

    When I go to the dokan tabs in the left sidebar in wordpress, none of the pages load. Here is what I see: https://imgur.com/a/rJL55Aj . Any ideas how I can resolve this? I recently tried changing my domain’s URL, however I changed it back to the original domain. I have a feeling this has to do with the domain change.

    Ive followed the permalink fix on this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pe7qcNuWm4E but the issue still persists. Can we get some support?

    Hey @transparentmarketplace ,

    This seems to be an outcome of a plugin/theme conflict. To deal with it, please try the following steps first –

    • Deactivate all plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce.

    If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, then –

    • Switch to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try again.

    If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there is a conflicting theme or plugin on your site. To find the responsible theme/plugin, kindly perform a proper conflict test.?

    It is also suggested to share the site status info with us. You can find out the site info by navigating to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health.
