Evaluating Zephyr Project Manager Free – Failed to Upload any files

  • We are evaluating Zephyr Project Manager?, we can add a new project, new tasks, and new categories, but failed to add new files, even though all processes went well and no error was prompted, the files did not upload, and cannot find it anywhere.

    I apologize for the inconvenience and would like to help get this resolved.

    I tried replicating this issue on the latest versions, but it seems to work on my side, so my guess is that it might be due to a JS or plugin conflict.

    Could I ask to confirm if this is when uploading a file to the comments, or if it is from the Files page itself?

    To determine if it is a JavaScript error, could I kindly ask if you could send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console after you have uploaded the file? The console can be opened by right-clicking on the page and clicking Inspect Element and then clicking on the Console tab.

    This would be a major help in determining the issue and finding a solution.
