• Mailpoet 4.14.0 does not send the post. The post was published today at 4 am. In Mailpoet, post notification is set to 5 o’clock daily. It is controlled by server cronjob every 5 minutes, which is running. Mail Poet sending service is successfully active. Post was updated at 5:50am but not sent and now set to next day 5am. Where is the error? Why is not sent ? Thank you very much for an answer.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with the Post Notifications.

    Can you please share more details about it with us?

    • Can you confirm your subscription has been approved already and you have already sent a standard newsletter to a list?
    • Can you please go to the MailPoet > Help > System Status and check if you see any error messages there?
    • Can you confirm the latest published post matches the conditions of your Automatic Latest Content widget in the Post Notification?
    • Was this latest published post ever published in the past and then put back as a draft?

    1. i have free tarif mailpoet, if i switch to instantly send, mails will be sent

    2. System status: on the top message “Damit das Plugin funktioniert, muss es eine Verbindung mit dem Aufgabenplaner und dem Dienst für die Prüfung des Schlüssels und dem MailPoet Sending Service herstellen k?nnen.”

    Connections = ok , no errors

    3. the post matches with the conditions of Automatic Latest Content widget in the Post Notification

    4. No, i have every day one new post, which published at 4 o’clock, this should be sent 5 o’clock. On some days this is not sent and i don’t know why.

    I see that you’re using Linux Cron as your Newsletter Task Scheduler method. Have you checked that the cron task is running properly on your server?

    I recommend changing it to “WordPress built-in cron” or “Visitors to your website” in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab > Newsletter task scheduler (cron):

    Hello, linux cron is working fine, today monday the same problem. The mail with mail settings daily send at 5 is in the schedule for next day.
