Support Agent Reply

Good Day,
We are experiencing an issue where a Support Agent is unable to reply to tickets. When the Agent types out a reply and submits, they are redirected to a 404 error page with a URL ending with /post.php.
Both Support Managers and Support Supervisors are able to reply to tickets.
If you can provide any assistance with this matter would be appreciated.
