Support Agent Reply

    Good Day,

    We are experiencing an issue where a Support Agent is unable to reply to tickets. When the Agent types out a reply and submits, they are redirected to a 404 error page with a URL ending with /post.php.

    Both Support Managers and Support Supervisors are able to reply to tickets.

    If you can provide any assistance with this matter would be appreciated.

    Please note that we have rectified this issue, by adding some needed capabilities to the support agent role.
