How to reduce initial server response time

Hi , i have an ecommerce webiste it rank in gtmetrix F the big issue is initial server response time soo any advice how can i solve this probleme

And by the way i optimized all my pictures… and i used wp rocket for caching but it makes some server probleme for my website. hope you can help me . Thank you in advance!
