Please try above solution and if it doesn’t work then I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your?System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Furthermore, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)

Thanks for your patience while we work through a backlog of support requests. Could you navigate to the admin page and manually sync products to Google? You can add the following URL to access the Google Product Sync settings:

Then, allow 24 hours to see if the same products give you trouble on Merchant Center.

Can you tell me more about the timeout you’re seeing? A screenshot will be helpful. Also, are you seeing a fatal error in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

Lastly, the issue you’re describing is similar to a bug that was fixed in the latest version of Google Listings & Ads (2.4.5) about 2 weeks ago. Your system status report shows you’re on the latest version, so you shouldn’t be experiencing the issue.

Please try deleting the color and size attribute rules and map them afresh to see if that helps. Mapping them afresh will force a new sync and should resolve the issue you’re seeing. (You’d have to allow some time for the changes to sync).

no fatal error and fully up to date.

im following your advice i deleted and tried to start again, there is no option to assign value to size and color. as you can see no option in the drop down for target attribute. all my products have size and color variants.

if i could grant access and have a pro look at this ill happily pay.

Please deactivate and delete the Google Listings & Ads plugin. Then install the latest version from Plugins > Add new and check if that resolves the issue.
