Currently working on a site that has been using both this plugin and a plugin called Radio Player. There were both working fine side by side but after a recent update of this plugin it appears they now come in conflict with each other. Getting this error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare radio_player_get_settings() (previously declared in /var/www/webroot/ROOT/wp-content/plugins/radio-player/includes/functions.php:106) in /var/www/webroot/ROOT/wp-content/plugins/radio-station/player/radio-player.php on line 1618

I’m not sure if this would be on this plugin or the other plugin, but thought I’d share to see if I could get it resolved.

Thanks for this. We don’t really test against other plugins, because it would take an inordinate amount of time to test against plugins known and there are plugins we don’t know. So, I’ll forward this to Tony Hayes for a look. We’ll see what we can come up with.

@sehauser We did find a conflict with a function name that we simply updated and now have a development release for you to try to resolve your issue. Please see our Docs to learn how to download and apply a Development release. https://radiostation.pro/docs/FAQ/. Because this was such a minor issue that is only affecting you, we’re not going to roll out a new version until we’ve resolved additional issues or will push new features in the next version update.

I really appreciate the responsiveness and the update to the development release. I’ve upgraded accordingly and it works. Thank you!

Happy to help! Glad it’s working!

    I have similar error – can’t activate

Did you do the same and take the develop version noted above to see if that fixes the issue?
