Lost access to hosting

    Hi

    Is there a way to actually talk or chat with a real WordPress support representative?

    My newly acquired customer, Lapointe Magne & Associates whose website is https://www.lapointemagne.ca, doesn’t have the information on their hosting provider. A few hints lead me to WordPress, but I’m not sure.

    I wandered around on www.ads-software.com and .com, but can’t seem to find a way to contact anyone.

    Ok thank you, I didn’t know about that for www.ads-software.com

    InternetNamesForBusiness were already contacted, but they only register domain name for other companies, they are on a shared hosting platform. Since the domain name isn’t with them, they don’t know with who my customer is hosted through…

    Somebody’s paying for hosting, so check wih the folks in accounts payable at your client.

    Yup, already asked, waiting for their answer. I just wanted to surprise them by finding the answer before them, as it’s a new customer ??
