I am having a hard time getting the custom header to work correctly. I created a custom header for the front page. When I activate the custom header and have it point to that page, or any page on the site, the original template header does not go away. The only way I can get rid of having 2 headers is to remove the custom header.

please note, this is my staging site, and it is a clutter of test blocks. I thought the issue might have been something on the staging site, so went and created a custom header for my production site and had the exact same issue. (https://soulhealer.com). The custom header is deactivated on that site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @soulhealer

Thank you for using Neve and reaching out.

I have checked your staging site and I do not see two header as you can see here https://vertis.d.pr/i/lEQBsC. Have you deleted the second custom header ? if yes can you create and attach it again so that we can check the issue?

Thank you and have a great day!

If you look at the full image on https://hhk.47c.myftpupload.com/ you will see the custom header on the top and the duplicate header just below it. I do not have 2 custom headers, but the original Neve header and the custom header showing. I tried to remove the featured image, thinking that would resolve the issue but that didn’t do the trick.

If you go to the “show hooks” area, both appear.

    Hey @soulhealer

Could you please provide some screenshots as the header doesn’t have a clear visual appearance due to the background colour you have set : https://vertis.d.pr/i/fAmroH

By viewing the screenshots, we might be able to see the issue closely.

    Thank you

    Hi @soulhealer,

The custom headers is a premium feature of Neve, therefore, we kindly ask you to contact the support team on our website. Troubleshooting this here might confuse other others as they can’t use the same functionality with Neve free.

    Thank you for understanding.
