    You give us very little information to resolve your problem. You need to work with the CSS to center this navbar.

    Do not edit the theme files directly, otherwise your changes will disappear when you update the theme.

    It’s best to use the CSS editor included in your theme’s appearance customizer, included since WordPress version 4.7 specifically for this purpose.

    The best way to make changes of this type to a theme is to use a child theme, so that your modifications do not disappear when you update the theme.

    Just a note here: If you make changes to the CSS via the customizer, you do not need to create a child theme. A child theme would be needed only if you needed to change PHP in one or more files.
