I’m having problems with WPGM, with this error preventing the maps from showing on the front end:

    WPGMZA.RestAPI is undefined

I’ve looked through the settings and there’s nothing obvious here. All looks well. Everything functions on the backend, but the maps do not appear on the front end.

I suspect it is Complianz interfering with the load process. However, to rule out legacy issues, I tried to switch the Build from ‘legacy’ to ‘Atlas Novus’ in the settings. When I click save, this returns back to legacy. Is there a way to force this change without resetting the entire plugin?

Can I change this setting within the database?

    Hi Dave (@csn123),

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. I am sorry for the trouble you are having with the initialization of the map on your site.

Would you be open to sharing a link to your map page with me? This would allow me to run a few preliminary tests to determine what is happening to the load order.

We are compatible with Complianz, and things should work as expected, however, a closer look would help me rule that out.

Switching to Atlas Novus would not make a tremendous difference to load orders as the build engines use the same initialization modules. Atlas Novus, adds more functionality, and changes the user interface, but does not alter the initialization or load order.

Although you may be able to force Atlas Novus to be enabled, the system will automatically switch back to legacy if it was previously locked into Legacy mode (for a few reasons). If you’d like to discuss that further, please do reach out to us on our website, so that I can walk you through some of the things that may prevent the swap.
