    Hello,
I have been looking for many solutions to fix my issus to get a proper invoice showing total VAT on the final amount but I am still stuck and I hope that I will get the solution to fix it writing this message ??
I have added Jetpack, so now I can see the line VAT on my invoice but it is still at 0%. I have filled an address in France…
Moreover all my prices were filled with taxes, am I obliged to change all my prices in products without taxe? It will be very long for with all my products, is there another solution?

  • Hi @talismas

    Thanks for reaching out!

I am sorry to hear that taxes are not working properly as expected on your site and instead show a 0% tax, correct?

As a first step, can you please share with us what invoice are you referring here to so that we could point you in the right direction?

If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us a screenshot of the following settings below:

    • General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • Tax Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Tax)
    • Tax Classes (Standard Rate, Reduced Rate)

In addition, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Best.
