Hi there,

Since few days ago my shortcodes on the footer of my page are not working anymore and I can’t identify the origin of the problem.

Probably, it is because I’ve created a new domain in my hosting provider, copied the folder public_html on new domain. Later, I’ve deleted a new domain with all existing files. But the principal domain has been not modified. PhP functions seems ok.

The only problem I have is with shortcodes.

Hi @ialexia

WordPress 6.2.1 had a problem with the shortcodes, so I recommend you to update to the last version, the 6.2.2. Can you try it?

Hi!

Thank you for your prompt response. Actually, I have a version 6.2.2, but still so, shortcodes on my footer don’t work.

I tried downgrading the WP version to 6.1.3, but it did not work too, so I back to 6.2.2

I really don’t know which the problem is.

I also have other small errors, as type error editing posts and people can’t access to my place, but according to WP tools, everything is ok.

@amieiro Hi! Are you trying to access right now? Or tried it before? A couple of hours ago I could not too, but now I am accessing without problem. And some friends confirm that they can access too.

Y si podemos hablar en espa?ol, igual lo puedo explicar mejor ??

Any update for this issue? I tried to add shortcodes two days ago and it still hasn’t worked.

Well, I already solved it.

Still, if I cleared the cache a few times, it seems like my footer was working with WP version 6.2.1 bugs. I removed the footer and set the new one. The shortcodes are working now.
