Using the Subscribers Page to view filtered lists

    When I select a filtered list I see subscribers to other lists marked as “unsubscribed” mixed up with subscribers to the filtered list marked as “subscribed”. I find this confusing. Why don’t I just see the members of the filtered list?

    Hi @stevef2,

    If you’re filtering the subscribers from a specific list, you may see some subscribers listed there as “Unsubscribed”. Why? Because it means these subscribers were originally subscribed to this list, but they’re now unsubscribed from it. However, they remain subscribed to another list.

    I know this is confusing, but we’re working on improving this to clarify the subscribers listing.

    Thanks Bruna,

    That’s ok I guess but when I select the “subscribed” checkbox they are all selected even the unsubscribed ones. What happens to these if I where to delete the subscribers to this list?
