Fatal Error on Contact Form 7

    Our Contact Form 7 has been working fine for 8 years but now they are all hitting a “Fatal Error” on our site when the user clicks submit. Any advice on how we can resolve this problem?

    For reference we are using PHP 7.4.33 & Contact Form 7 Version 5.7.6. Messages submit ok when logged into WordPress but as a regular user we hit the error.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Hi, in our case happened the same. CF7 for five years but since the last 3 days it doesn’t work, and we don’t have answers. We have tried to desactivate plugins, update them, update themes, but it doesn’t fix it. We understand that it’s a problem of the plugin, but we are losing leads and if we don’t have answers, maybe we will change it.

    I have had a similar message. After extensive testing it seems to be a problem with using custom permalinks. I haven’t found a solution yet so if anyone else has an idea. Let me know.
