2 FA not Activating

Hey,

I am working on a client’s site and they are using the free version of wordfence. She has requested all admins use 2fa on their accounts so we are trying to set them up. However, upon adding the account to Microsoft Authenticator app and generating a code we get an error that activation failed:

The code provided does not match the expected value. Please verify that the time on your authenticator device is correct and that this server’s time is correct.

Yet the server time and browser time and the time on the phones used all match:

Browser Time:?Fri, 26 May 2023 09:42:36 GMT (Fri May 26 2023 10:42:36 GMT+0100 (British Summer Time))

We have tried incognito, we have tried different browsers and tried disabling other plugins but its still not working.
The site is built using Astra Pro and Elementor Pro. Plugins include: Rank Math SEO, Cookie YES GDPR, GA Google Analytics, LK Tags, Meta Pixel for wordpress, Site Kit by Google, Siteground Optimiser.
