Feed not getting updated

  • Hi,
    Nice plugin and when I first create the feed its working perfectly. But the feed is not getting updated, so after a while it got old information. I tried manually refreshing but the data is still old.

    When I try and create a new feed everything is up-to-date and working perfect, but can’t create each day a new feed so what could be causing this problem?

    I use Nitropack for caching. I did add:
    https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/csv/*

    To the Excluded URLs of this plugin. Any ideas?
    I did update the your plugin to latest version (as all my other plugins)

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    What you are describing does indeed sounds like a caching issue. The initial creation of the feed is working just fine, however when you are making changes to it those are not showing in your feed.

    Have you already tried flushing/clearing all of your caching before refreshing the feed?

    Yes, I tried that also totally disabling out caching plugin but this didnt solve the issue however.

    Are there any other things I could try out?

    Did you already check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days to see if there is anything in there that might explain what is happening? This is where you can find the WooCommerce fatal error logs: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/
