I have a default text module here; https://te-warrior-noge.instawp.xyz/ with Complianz enabled.

Could you maybe share your settings (with an export) and let me know which theme you’re using? If there’s something not default about the modules, like animations, let me know.

You can try safe mode under settings to see if that works, then we know there’s something being blocked.

I have updated to version 6.4.6. I am using this plugin on other sites using Beaver Builder without issue, but on this site every time it is activated my text modules disappear. I’m using the BB Theme. I don’t see a way to export settings other than a screenshot, so I have included that, as well as what my site looks like when Complianz is active.

I figured out how to export the plugin settings. Hopefully putting it in here as code will give you what you need?

I’ve tried replicating the behavior with your Complianz settings, and creating a page in Beaver Builder that includes a Text Module; but I can’t seem to get this behavior to occur on the test website (example here).

Could you (temporarily) re-enable the Complianz plugin on your website, so that I can take a closer look at the page source, to check if any scripts related to these texts might be getting blocked in your case?

Yes, I have reactivated it! I can only leave it like this for a couple of hours max since it is active to the public currently and affecting their viewing experience.

Thanks for that, it helps a lot. Could you try the following potential solution?

• Navigate to Complianz > Integrations > Script Center > Whitelist a script, and add the following as the URL to Whitelist: FLBuilderLayout
• Activate your integration by enabling the ‘slider’ in the top right corner of the block, and hit the Save button.

Which should then appear like in this screenshot:

That’s great, glad to hear that works. You may expect this situation to be accounted for in a future version of the Complianz plugin, so that this particular script is added to the ‘allowlist’ by default.
