    is there a plugin to accept woocommerce quote without the products online? We have thousand of products. My client’s customers already know what they want to order, so there is no need for them to search and click buttons to place their orders.

    Just to clarify, is there a WooCommerce store already online, or otherwise?

    For a list of plugins that enable requesting a quote, feel free to take a look here.

    In case a WooCommerce store does not exist yet, or wish to complement it, I suggest looking into Jetpack CRM, for your client to manage their clients, orders, and everything in between.
