I’m using XStore theme by 8 themes. By default on the product grids, there is a quantity adjustment element and add to cart button as an icon. Once your plugin is activated, there is “Add to Cart” text next the icon as showed on this screenshot: Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc)

I wrote an custom css as mentioned here: Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc) but it breaks the website and I can’t have it.

What should i do to remove the “Add to Cart” text on the product gird? It’s already to have the text in single product page. But not in product catalogues such as “shops”

always use the link mentioned in “Link to the page you need help with:” as I only allowed RFQ feature for products in “Restaurants and Hotels” category. You can only view products in that category just using the link mentioned above.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I contacted theme’s support, and they said problem exist with the plugin. So what i’m expecting is the plugin only rewrite the button text only if there is already text exists on the button. so when the theme is removing button text on some elements and keep just an icon, your plugin should not override and put the text back

can you put a link to the actual page so we can see the css

I’m sorry I have removed the plugin. Only reference I could give you is Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc) this screenshot. Theme is XStore by 8theme. If you tried one of their demo, you’ll see that there is no content inside a.add_to_cart_button just the icon using ::before. In your plugin when we’re doing normal checkout, there is an option to change “Add to cart” text. So in the template, even it coded to remove the button text in the grid views, your plugin overrides it and put the text which we’re having under your plugin settings.

I tried to remove the text for “Add to Cart” in your plugin settings under the label. But it does the job. But when we open a single product, Add to Cart text should be there inside the button. Your plugin removes that as well as I don’t put anything under your settings for the Add to Cart label.

Suggestion: Your plugin allows to change “Add to Cart” text under label settings. That’s fine. But before you change the text on the frontend, Make sure the add to cart button is having a text content inside the button. Change the text only text is already there. If there isn’t any text inside add to cart button, your plugin shouldn’t put whatever the user is having under label for add to card. Just leave the add to cart buttons without a text alone.

I can’t explain this anymore. I hope this will make sense for you. Here I’m trying to help you as another developer and I have no intention to use the plugin anymore. I could leave 1 star and explain it there. But I do like your plugin and just thought to share what had experienced with it as you can make it even better with an honest feedback : )
