[Plugin: WP Photo Album Plus] Resize on upload

I’ve noticed there are a number of “Resize On Upload” plugins for WordPress so that images can be resized as they are uploaded.

It would be great to see one of these (or something like one) integrated into WP Photo Album Plus. Right now it just warns about big images, but doesn’t give a user a way to fix it without doing something outside of WP. I’ve set up a “Mommy Blog” for my wife to use to blog about our son, but I’d rather not need to teach her how to use Photoshop or some other tool for such a simple need. I’m sure lots of other users would agree that this would be a great addition.

I imagine it being an option in the settings: Right next to “Full Size ___ pixels” there would be a checkbox: “Shrink larger photos to this size.”

That way it’s super-simple and doesn’t add much complication to a great plugin.
