Incoming links displays a stolen post of mine

You’ll have to email the operator of the site that posted it and tell them to remove it. Unfortunately, sites that do this are often automated spam bots and there isn’t much you can do.

It’s not spam, just someone who stole your post. At least they’re being somewhat nice about by linking back to you, but that hardly excuses them.

How do I remove it?

Do I have to get a “protect my content” plugin?

I recommend installing this plugin to add a copyright notice to your feed. If they’re using your feed to steal your content (which is common), at least their readers will know who it really belongs to:

If they’re using a bot to scrape your site, this plugin should keep it away:
