I can’t delete account in Merchant Center

I installed your plugin, during the setup, I created an account in the Merchant Center (actually 2) using your plugin. I can’t delete them now as it says they’re subaccounts (from your main account I guess).

I understand you wish to delete a sub-account from the Merchant Center.

This is the message I receive:

“This account is a sub-account. It is linked to a main account. To delete this sub-account, contact the administrator of the main account.”

I created this account using your plugin, so you’re the administrator. How can I delete it? Thanks.

Just to clarify, were you able to follow the steps detailed in this page (direct link), in the “Instructions” section, for deleting your Merchant Center Account, or otherwise?

If otherwise, and for receiving help with anything account-related,?please contact Google’s support directly. They are in a better position to assist you, as we are not administrators.
