Can you confirm if you received any mail related to that reply we sent there on May 26th?

I’ve responded to your Premium ticket 4 times since you opened it and I’ve not received a reply. As Pete mentioned in your prior ticket above, you may need to add us to your safe senders list.

Please double-check your spam and junk folders on your side and search for Wordfence mail there, if possible.

I have received nothing. Not one email. I didn’t not get any notification to the original post even though I have it marked to get an email response. I couldn’t find my original post to see if there was a response there.

I always check my spam/junk folders and I have done searches in my email. I can’t figure it out. I just want to login, upgrade my account and hire help for my sites.

Thanks for the information. Can you please send an email to us at [email protected] using your main email address, and include your forum username in the subject line? Ideally, please include a secondary email address of yours with that message so we can CC it when we reply in case your main email continues to have issues. Let me know here when that is sent.
