Tax Disappearing When manually processing order.

    We use WooCommerce with the avatax plugin. currently the tax shows up on the backend when processing the order. After the order processes the tax is not charged through our payment processor. It transmits properly into Avalara and reflects the tax that should have been charged. after processing, the order does not show the tax at all either. WooCommerce is seemingly deleting out the tax on the customer payment page, and upon processing.

    Any thoughts?

    It actually resolved itself on the next WooCommerce update. We have only had it happen one other time. Honestly though the avatax plugin has been a total pain. It also conflicts with our FedEx plugin.
