Not able to get “tag cloud” or anything in sidebar to display on homepage, etc

  • Not clear why, but nothing within Customizing -> Widgets ->Primary Sidebar shows up on the homepage or any of the pages.

    I’m not clear on whether there is anything else I need to do to get this to work.
