PROBLEM WITH E2PDF AND FORMINATOR

    Hello, after updating the plugin to the latest version, it no longer attaches pdfs via email, I rolled back to version 1.16.58 and it’s back to working properly, why?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we can’t replicate the issue on our side. It can be connected with your E2Pdf Template or if E2Pdf did not trigger needed hooks for some reason upon update as 1.20.x has some major changes.     P.S. The issue also can be connected with the incorrect form connection to E2Pdf Template, so we recommend re-check it. You must be able to click on the “Item” on the right panel inside E2Pdf Template to see which form is connected. If it’s an incorrect form, correct it via “Options”: https://prnt.sc/9lOKlOJb4ODU
