I am trying to setup a new wordpress site that will have a wp e-commerce shop running on it. I want to point the front page to the shop page and posts to a posts page but any changes I make to the ->settings ->reading section don’t get saved with the error
You don't have permission to access /wp/wp-admin/options.php on this server
. I have changed the folder and file permissions to 775 and this has made no difference, even setting 777 makes no difference. I am a bit stuck now, any ideas? I have no active plugins, just a page called test that i want to have as my “home” page and a page called posts that will be my blog page.
