Preferences category not showing on the cookies banner

    I manually categorized a cookie under the Preferences category. But the Preferences category not showing up on the cookies banner (to be toggled on or off)

    Hi @asafm7,

    While manually changing the categorization of a cookie or service will change its’ information as displayed on the Cookie Policy, this doesn’t necessarily determine whether the category is also enabled on your Cookie Banner.

    The Preferences category will be enabled if the Wizard detects the use of a plugin/service/setting that requires it. A quick way to enable this category will be to enable Consent per Service under Wizard > Consent > Services > Do you want to use ‘Consent per Service’ > Yes.
