    I’ve got the same problem on my website : The last 2 reviews are not displayed. I send you an email with de debug informations.

    Hi @vncdpllr ,

    To speed up the process for you, I’m forwarding the steps that the Support team sent me to solve the issue, it worked like a charm for us:

    1. Go to the page: Google Reviews / Settings / Advance
      2.Scroll down the page to the end
    2. Find the last section: Execute db update manually
    3. Type 1.8.6 in the version field and click Submit
    4. After page refreshed, type 2.0.1 in the same version field and click Submit again

    After that, the reviews will be updated in 24 hours.

    Thanks for posting a solution. Having the same problem.
    I see you just did this 2 weeks ago but do you know what version numbers it is referring to?
    What if I have to do this 6 months from now where would I find those version numbers?

    Hi,
    We use this plugin on our website, but the latest reviews are not being displayed. Our last review is from 2 weeks ago but the last one displayed by the plugin is from 1 year ago.

    I tried following as per above messages, but DID NOT work for me:
