Hi, I am testing your plugin, as I need a way to display products/accommodation that is different from the standard view in Woocommerce.

My client is using a separate RMS booking system for accommodation bookings.

I am currently designing a website for a client to display accommodation rooms for a hotel.

We have tried several Booking accommodation plugins but we don’t need the feature to book any rooms as client is using a separate 3rd party RMS booking system.

So therefore my thoughts were to use Wooocommmerce to display the Accom as products underneath each other using your plugin.

We don’t need to use the Checkout or Cart options in Wocoommerce for my client site.

But I need the part functionality of a Woocommerce/catalogue instead. Therefore that is why I’m trying out your plugin as I prefer to have the accommodation products displayed underneath each other.

Therefore your plugin seems to be great to display the products under each other in Woocommerce.

Can I change the column widths somehow?

I would like the Product/Accom images to be much larger (approx 40% larger, the 2nd column to NOT be so wide that shows the description therefore allowing the larger image instead, and the price to be shown and a “ENQUIRE NOW’ button.

Then I need a “ENQUIRE NOW” button and NOT a “BUY NOW” button, therefore I thought of using a Product Catalogue plugin that will deactivate the Buy Now and deactivate the Checkout etc and add a ENQUIRY now button.

On the SHOP Page where it displays the products/Accom in table format with your plugin, can I somehow show the gallery on this page also?

And I don’t need the QTY field either.

If anyone has any thoughts would be great. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks

    Kristin

    Hi Kristin,

Thank you for your query about my plugin WooCommerce Product Table. I will be happy to answer.

    • WooCommerce Product Table PRO, the premium version of the plugin has been made compatible with multiple 3rd party ‘request a quote’ type plugins. Please see compatible plugins > request a quote
    • You can certainly adjust the widths of the columns from the table’s settings. Each columns has its own style settings section that can be used to change its style properties like width. Please see plugin FAQs > Styling > How do I standardise the column widths between different tables?
This answers a related question but covers the topic of column widths as well.
    • You can remove, prices, quantity, buy now button elements from the table, and add many new elements as well if you wish. Please see the plugin’s tutorial series as it is especially designed to help you get the most out of the plugin in the least time.

I hope the above information helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for your reply. With the Image on the left side which is normally a very small thumbnail, and I have changed the sizing of the image there on the left with code, HOW can I have that image clearer, as the original image is clear, but when I change with CSS the coding for that thumbnail image, it is blurry.

    Please advise

    THanks

For some reason your plugin is DISABLING the “Add to Cart” button why would that be?

Is there a setting there causing the issue?

    Thanks

When I have your plugin activated, and I hover over the “Add to Cart” button there is a red circle on it, meaning I cannot click on it. It’s only when your plugin is enabled. I’ve checked the settings and Add to Cart is enabled ..

So not sure what the issue is?

    Thanks Kristin

ALSO does your paid version, allow me to CHANGE the name of “ADD TO CART” to “BOOK NOW” button instead and then REDIRECT to another URL?

How quick is support for the paid version?

    1. You can change the size of the image by going to the Product Image element’s settings > open its style settings > set a width of the image box. You don’t need to add any custom CSS for this.
But changing the image width does not change the size of the image file itself. You need to use the first option in the Product Image element’s settings that lets you choose the image file size. Larger files take longer to load but image quality is also more crisp. So you need to consider the balance and select an appropriate image file size.
    2. Normally the add to cart button would be disabled if the product is out of stock. But the functionality can be messed if a 3rd party plugin on your site is conflicting. Please use the ‘debugging steps’ section on the support page to find any conflicting module.
    3. To change the button text please see FAQs > styling > How do I change the text and background of the Button element?
    4. PRO version users get dozens of additional features and priority support. But the timeline for support depends on number of support queries coming in currently.

I hope the above information helps! Please let me know if you have further questions.
