rankmath, tegories%, and 2023 best practice

    Hello

    Ive gotten mixed suggestions and opinions on this topic and Im not certain if I need this plugin or not for my website.

    Im using rankmath and I also have permalinks setup to not include category through wordpress and rankmath. Meaning my WordPress permalink structure is /%postname%

    Is this a problem for getting into Google News?

    I have Post category pages https://xzib.com/orlando-art-news
    I have set this post category page to noindex.

    I have this page 301 to my main orlando page.
    https://xzib.com/fl/orlando

    I have submitted this url to Google publisher center.
    https://xzib.com/orlando-art-news/gn

    Is this the proper setup?
