Status cancelled

  • I have 2 woocommerce webshops where I am using this plugin. Both webshops do not work with this gift card plugin, because the status always displays CANCELLED. I am using Mollie.

    Mollie does receive the payments always, so why is the status cancelled in WooCommerce?
