    Hi! Please, I would like to know if you have changed the email templates with the latest updates because I had configured the email with the completed course template (learner-completed-course) and now it is not sent, in fact, the emails that arrive have a totally different design.

    How could I customize the template that is sent to the student completing a course to include a link to the certificate, please?

    With the recent renewal of Email templates, we no longer have a way to add a link directly to the Certificates on the new E-mail templates. Instead, students can access certificates from the completed course page or the course page (more on the below).

    For context, we had to remove the link to Certificates from the new emails because the certificates feature is a separate plugin; if the Certificates plugin isn’t installed, the user experienced conflict issues.

    That said, I submitted a feature request on your behalf to allow an option to add a link to view Certificates in Email templates:

    I recommend subscribing to the issue above so you can get notified of updates.

    For now, the student can view the certificate by clicking the?View Certificate?link, which appears either on the single course page, the My Courses page (under completed courses), or the Learner Profile page, depending on the settings you select in?Sensei LMS > Settings > Certificate Settings?(see below).

    The certificate is a PDF document, which will open in a new browser tab; the student can save or print it as any other PDF document.

    As an administrator, you can view a list of all the certificates your students have been awarded if going to?the Certificates option available on the left side of the WordPress admin panel.

    Hi, thank you very much for your answer!
    One more question, please, where are the new templates then? Because before I had the “learner-completed-course” template configured inside the email folder like this: https://senseilms.com/es/documentation/theming/
    But now I don’t know how could I do now to customize it, because I can’t find where the new template is.

    Sensei comes with two set of template files

    1. PHP template files (more info on editing these templates here)
    2. Learning Mode templates (more info on creating or editing these here)

    If you are looking to edit the new email templates you can edit them directly from Sensei > Settings > Emails page. On this page hover over the email template you want to edit and click the edit link that appears under the template name. This now works similar to editing a page or post in WordPress.
