    Good morning, On the payment page, there is a message asking the buyer to click on it in case he wants to evaluate the order from an independent party. How can I cancel this message with the box that precedes it. Thank you very much

    get ready for a drop in reviews by 95% – cusrev has recently introduced a policy that requires unconditional acceptance of this checkbox, which is ignored by almost everyone. do not ask technical support for help because it will not be given to you anyway

Your usage of the service is regulated by the terms and conditions that require you to obtain consent from customers before sending them review invitations.

    If you do not want to be bound by the terms and conditions of our service for verification of reviews and ask for consent from customers, please deactivate the service by setting the “Verified reviews” option to “No verification” in the plugin’s settings (on “Review Reminders” tab). After that, the plugin will still be fully functional and you can use it for collecting reviews in a way that you prefer.
